Freedom Fighter Brig. General (Rtd) Prof. Dr. Md. Nazrul Haque leads our medical team and has been in medical practice for close to 42 years and has more than 30 years of experience in all areas of Psychiatry. He has been exam-certified in Psychiatry by the Armed Forced Medical Institute (AFMI) since 1981, also has MCPS Degree from Bangladesh college of Physicians and Surgeon and M-Phil in Psychiatry from Institute of Post Graduate Medical Research, Dhaka University.
Brig. General (Rtd) Prof. Dr. Md. Nazrul Haque has started his career as Assistant Surgeon under East Pakistan Health Service, after that continued in Armed Force for 30 years. During his service in armed Force he has served in Libya for 4 years, He was also the Advisor Specialist in Psychiatry in CMH, Dhaka.
After Retiring from Armed Force Medical College in 2004, Brig. General (Rtd) Prof. Dr. Md. Nazrul Haque served as Professor of Psychiatry and Vice Principal Admin of Z. H. Sikder Women’s Medical College. His focus was to develop an expertise in treating co-occurring disorders, including unipolar and bipolar depression, psychotic illness and addiction. Brig. General (Rtd) Prof. Dr. Md. Nazrul Haque is the Chief Consultant of Prottoy Medical Clinic Ltd he is a highly respected psychiatrist started his journey with Prottoy in 2005 as the Chief Consultant. He joined Skinage Dermacare on November 2018 as a Visiting Consultant of Psychiatry for our patients who are mentally traumatized for their skin & sex problem.
